The History of Internal Combustion Engines; Definitions and Concepts; Thermodynamic Cycles in Internal Combustion Engines; Ideal Cycles (Otto, Diesel and Dual Cycles), Torque, Power, Specific Fuel Consumption; Mean Pressures; Volumetric and Thermal Efficiencies; Comparison of the Ideal Cycles; Actual Engine Cycles; Comparison of Ideal and Actual Engine Cycles; Two-Stroke Engines.
