Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Knows the physical and chemical properties of
gas fuels.
2) Knows liquefaction and storage techniques of gas
fuels.
3) Learns installation of fuel conversion systems on
vehicle and power systems.
4) Applies electronic control technique for adjusting
fuel amount in the application of fuel conversion
system.
5) To be able to analyze thermodynamic,
combustion and flow processes of gas fuels.
6) Fuel conversion kit can be projected in
appropriate to the vehicle fuel system.

Course Contents
Physical and chemical properties of gas fuels, liquefaction and storage techniques of gas fuels, fuel conversion system equipment’s and its tasks, installation of fuel conversion systems on vehicle and power systems, electronically control of fuel amount in fuel conversion system application, problems during installation of fuel conversion systems, fuel conversion systems in accordance with the project design.
