1) Getting ability to calculate and to build mathematical modelling of the vehicles.
2) Getting ability to define the electrical vehicle configurations and to calculate performance and energy consumption of the electrical vehicle.
3) To get ability define Serial / Parallel hybrid vehicle configurations and compare the drive train systems. Getting ability to understand design and control of plug in hybrid electric vehicles.
4) Getting ability to learn Electric propulsion systems and component of the power electronics.
5) Getting ability to understand regenerative breaking, batteries and battery management systems, hybrid electric powertrain design with fuel cells.
