History of Data Communications, Data communication, basic concepts, modes of transmission, architecture, Data Communications Codes (ASCII) and Error Control Error Detection Methods, Error Correction Methods Data communication, synchronization, character and message synchronizations, Asynchronous and Synchronous Data Transmission and Protocols, Data Transmission circuit arrangements , media, and modems ISO reference model layers that make up the concept and functions of the ISO reference model uses computer networks and classification of these links, Ethernet, local area networks and wide area networks, the intended use, Repeater (Repeater), Bridge (Bridge), Router (Router) and Gateway (Gateway) concepts, strategies and protocols Wiring and Internet Addressing
