Course Contents

Business law courses are taught under two different headings under the name of individual labor law and collective labor law . The content of individual employment law course , the subject of general business law , property, the place of business law legal system, the historical development of labor law , properties of regulation in the labor law and the relationship between the legal sources , basic principles and ideas applied in business law, international business law and international business law organizations, government bodies related to labor law , enforcement , basic concepts such as business law, employee- employer- employer representative sub- employer- office - business , 4857 law and the scope of other labor laws , the characteristics of the employment contract, definitions for the employment contract - nature - type elements , the rights of the parties and will be described in the employment contract debts.
