2) Explains the features, content and effects of exercises applied in childhood and youth

4) Explain the physical and physiological differences of women and appropriate exercise methods depending on these differences.
5) Examines examples of exercise programs for children and women and evaluates the suitability of the content.
6) Prepares appropriate exercise programs for women
