Course Contents

The fields of sports and their practices. Gaining condition and its physiological effects. Racing, warm-up movements and stretching. Circuit Training, push-up, shuttling and other practices. Jumping according to branches and age brackets, Plyometric practices,Boxes, jumps obstacles. Throwing by health ball, hurling ball. , pulse meter usage, and usage of sport products, Bounce jumps-related condition and related condition

Weekly Schedule

1) Gaining condition and its physiological effects.The fields of sports and their practices
2) Racing, warm-up movements and stretching.
3) Circuit Training, push-up, shuttling and other practices.

5) Using the stopwatch,degrees, and keep writing,Athletic clothing and features the use of-court,push-up, shuttling and other practices
