Course Contents

It iccludes teaching and learning of the basic aility and techinigues of common institutional knowledge about atletics. Classification and definition athletics, low start, high start, long jump, javelin throw, 4x100 m relay race , shot put,100m and 110m Hurdles.

Weekly Schedule

1) General theoretical knowledge avaout athletics,education and training of basic skills and technigues. Classification and definition athletics

3) long jump Sector's long jump features Approach Examined and placed in a jump to end
4) Implementation of long jump technique Experiments and measurements jumps
