Course Contents

The place and history of the handball in sports game,the introduction to the mini handball teaching,the game rules of handball,to throw and hold the ball,the preparation to the small sports games(throwing,holding,pass techniques (basic pass, pass with jumping,wrist pass,), holding the ball coming from the different directions,pass trainings with the groups of 2 or 3,the changing place exercises during the pass,the technique of fake,the passing exercises after faking the other team,the one direction and double direction fake techniques, the fake techniques with with ball and without ball,the fake trainings in an appropriate distance,the combine offence trainings within the groups of 2 or 3 ,to achieve the basic offence technique,goal throwings,the goal throwings from the positions
