1.week - What is coaching? - What is training? What is a coach? Trainer coach in sports 2.week - Coach types. -Team building concepts. -Three features of the approach. 3.week -Coach Information - Coaches need to be what they are - to be an effective planner - to strengthen organizational skills 4.week - Talent selection -Selection of qualified athletes -Education to make useful - Commitment to work to improve 5.week - Club management - club coach in terms of types of work - while the team set goals to be included in the process - problem identification and analysis techniques to teach 6.week - The features that should be in coach - Intellectual direction - in terms of personality - Social aspects - the importance of cooperation to create a team - to facilitate open communication - Coaches and sports psychology 7.week - The principles of coaching - Communication skills are reviewed. - To understand the nature of separation. - Coach and athlete relationship. 8.week - Separation of the solutions. - Target found solutions. 9.week - Test 10.week - To build trust against Team - Team to build trust within the staff against each other - to emphasize the positive points 11.week -Oppressive coach. -Loose coach. -Hardworking addicted to planners and organizational coaches. 12.week - Well, altruistic coach. - Showy coach. -Low volunteer coach. 13.week - Coach of management training and matches during the observation be analyzed according to their coach. - The use of technology in sport. 14.week - Coaches should be careful in reading the game under the rules. 15.week - Physical and reading body language. - Determination of Personality area. - Keep statistics according to different sports. - Instant and weekly reviews. 16.week -Social life of the athletes, training, competition and the competition among them to read body language and the realization of the corresponding motivation.
