Course Contents

Principle of basic nutrition: definition of nutrition and importance, nutriment that is needed to be sufficient and balanced nourishing, Nutriments: Duty of Carbonhydrate, Oils, Proteins, Minerals, Vitamins, in organism, the effect of physical performance, principle of nutrition before competetion, between competetion and after competetion. Importance of nutrition- problems and solution methods; to form energy in the body and spend; necessity of energy for athletes; Characteristic of nutrition for athletes after competetion; Weight control for athletes.
