Course Contents

The aim of the lesson is teaching, speed, ability and coordination from motor learning , how will be written the science of training as a training plan.

Weekly Schedule

1) Physiological and anatomical features that affect the speed.
2) Speed, quickness, reflexes and reaction, and examples of concepts.
3) Reaction speed and the application methods.
4) Maximal speed and sector-oriented applications.
5) Applications for speed, continuity and branches.
6) Plyometrik studies.
7) Plyometrik studies establish the speed and force. Pliometrik studies, case-studies for the establishment of branches.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Warm-up exercises and types of use.
10) Introduction to the techniques of mobility work and stretching warming applications.
11) Stretching techniques and methods of application.
12) Methods of stretching and ROM exercises improving the use of branches.
13) Balance and application methods in sport.
14) Coordination and implementation of work input.
15) Coordination and sector-oriented studies, examples of the cascade.
16) Final examination
