1) Methods and tests which are used artistic gymnastic abilty selection.
2) Training planning; preparing period, real period, crossing period.
3) Analyses of motoric movements in artistic gymnasyics; strenght, speed, endurance, coordination skills, flexibilty drills.
4) Rhythmic exercises, rhythmic walking, reaction exercise and basic teaching methods.
5) Basic teaching methods and practising of mounting to parellel with double arm, mounting backward to parellel with double arm.
6) Teaching methods and practising the upstrat on horizantal bar, belly mounting, belly circle.
