Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Drive shot technique, Forehand brush shot and backhand brush shot technique, Forehand lift, backhand lift stroke techniques, Backhand clear shot technique.
2) To teach drive shot technique and target exercises to number of 6 and 8 area. Forehand brush shot technique and target exercises to number of 2 area. Backhand brush shot technique and target exercises to number of 3. Course Contents

Kick off drive to apply the basic techniques of the game of badminton. Drive to explain the basics of stroke technique. Drive as shown in the position of the feet makes the teaching of stroke technique. Drive to the position shown in the body, such as stroke technique makes teaching. As shown in the position of the drive stroke of the arms makes the teaching of technique. Drive to the basic skills of desired quality and within the technique makes the shot. To apply the basic techniques of the game of badminton kick off spike. Slam Dunk explains the basics of stroke technique. Dunk shot as shown in the position of the feet makes the teaching of technique. Slam Dunk as shown in the position of the body makes the teaching of stroke technique. Dunk shot as shown in the position of the arms makes the teaching of technique. Desired quality and within the technique makes the basic skills to dunk shot.
