Course Contents

The player’s analyse in handball:the features of the offence and defence players,the goalkeeper and the types of them,the play rules on the goalkeeper,the duties of the goalkeeper during the play,offencing the throwings coming from the far throwing region,offencing the throwings coming to the upper region, offencing the throwings coming from the hip, offencing the throwings coming to the lower sides, offencing the throwings coming to the lower and upper sides, offencing the throwings coming to the across sides,conditional trainings for the goalkeeper:strength,flexibility,quick strength

3) Game rules
4) ball throwing-catching, preparation for basic sport games, dribling.
5) Passing in all positions
6) Catching of balls (from all positions), passing in 2, 3 groups.
7) Position Chancing during passing

9) Cheat technics, possession drills
10) Fake technics, one/two ways
11) Fake technics with ball and without ball; optimal fake distance.
12) Goal throwing (Teaching)
13) Goal shoots from all poaitions.
