Course Contents

Fast offence:pass,running and throwing coordination,the throwing trainings and goalkeeper:the goalkeeper trainings for various training techniques, position play and throwing to the goal from the positions, 1:1, 2:2, 3:3, 3:2 play and position offence, special trainings for the wing offence plays, the special trainings for the guards, the special trainings for the pivots, the guard and pivot relationship:passing,control, the throwing possibilities,simple handball match analyse:pass technique, throwing number, the rate of goal, the number of offence.

Weekly Schedule

1) History and rules of the game of handball.
2) Keep throwing the ball handball exercises.
3) Handball dribbling and passing techniques.
4) Linked games in the handball technique, dribbling, passing techniques, basic shooting form.
5) Shooting techniques in handball, passing techniques, motion passes.
6) Shooting techniques in handball, shooting attack-related exercises, individual defense exercises.
7) Handball dual, triple, quad band attack, deception studies.
8) Exam
9) Cross and castle shot in handball.
10) Pistons in handball, cross, position change, the connection with the shooting of these techniques.
11) Deception and without ball in handball, fencing and Kale throws.
12) Fast attack exercises in Handball, fast break outs.
