Course Contents

The analyse of the match studies:the using of the written analyse forms,analysing of the players in the position:antropometric features,motoric features,the evaluating of the results and motoric tests fort he players in handball,mini handball and Smart Project:the handball trainings to the age 12,handball between 12-16 age groups,Coaching terminology and the fields of it,nutrition and diet in handball

Weekly Schedule

1) Handball Concept
2) Teaching for mini handball
3) Game rules
4) throwing & catching, preparation for sports games, dribling
5) Basiz pass, Jump throwing, hand wrist pass, bounce pass (Catching and Throwing)
6) Ball Catching from different position, passing exercise with 2 or 3 players
7) Deplacement exercises during passing
8) Examen
9) Fake technics, running with ball
10) one way, double way fake exercise
11) Fake technics with ball and without; fake exercise in optimal distance
12) Goal Throwings (Teaching for special throwing)
13) Goal throwing from back, wings and line
14) Complex attack exercises (With 2, 3 players)
15) Basic technics in defence (Defence improwing)
16) Examination
