Course Contents
Definition of Football; Historical Development of Football; Rules of Football; Warning and Stretching in Football; Technique of Football; Drills to Become Familiar to the Ball; Drills Without a Ball (Running, Jumping, Body Feint); inside, Outside and Outstep Kicking; Controlling the Ball by foot, chest, Head and Knee, Teaching Principles and Methods of Football. Football Drills: Warming, Stretching, Drills with the Ball; Techniques in Teaching Football.
Weekly Schedule
1) Description of football, historical development of football in Turkey and in the world.2) Game rules of football and the information of game zone's dimensions.
3) Specisific warm-ups in football and streching.
4) Technique in football.
5) Trainings of ball domination in football.
6) Trainings without ball(jogging,jumping,changing direction,body passing).
7) Kicks with the inside and the upper inside of foot for technical movements with ball.
8) Exam.
9) Kicks with the upperside and the outside of foot.
10) Controlling the ball with the inside and the upperside of foot.
11) Controlling the ball with the outside and the sole of foot.
12) Controlling the ball with knee,chest and head.
13) Instructions,principles and methods of football.
14) Instructions,principles and methods of football.
