Course Contents

The practices developping speeds and its kinds.Interval running, cross. minute races, tempo races, Fartlek training.Basic weightlifting movements,musclegroups and fitness for the movement applied in the study. Force development methods and practices.Races uphill and downhill. Up hill jumps. Dozer Band, Thera pulling tubing running from the back . Training with heart rate monitor applications. According to data from Polar Heart Rate Monitor S 625 X F100 samples and studies.
