This course focuses on teaching formation exercises and gaining skills which are basis for sport

Weekly Schedule

1) Description and history of gymnastics, development of gymnastics in Turkey and in the World.
2) Teaching to order when starting physical education lesson and finishing lesson.
3) The importance of formation exercises and command teaching.
4) Teaching omain postures in gymnastics.
5) Teaching basic turnings in gymnastics (right, left, backward)
6) Ordering, single ordering.
7) Teaching walking kinds (free walking, ceremonies walking)

10) General warming exercise; preparing with running, streching.
