Course Contents

This course provides knowledge on handball game rules, handball historical development of Turkey and the world handball, technical (throwing a ball handling, passing of the castle shots, cheating techniques, individual defense, handball in the condition technique), dribbling, individual-group and team offense, speed attack, fast attack output systems, defense systems, individual-group and team, goalkeeper work, and the majority of deficiency in the attack-defense exercises.

Weekly Schedule

1) Handball game history and rules of the game.
2) Exercises to keep throwing the ball handball.
3) Handball dribbling and passing techniques.
4) Handball games associated with technique, dribbling, passing techniques, forms the basic shots.
5) Handball shooting techniques, passing techniques, passing motion.
6) Handball Shooting techniques associated with rust firing exercises, individual self-defense exercises.
7) Handball double, triple, quadruple group attack, deception studies.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Traverse the goal post and shoot game of handball.
10) Goalkeeper Selection, Goalkeeper Techniques and Goalkeeper Studies.
11) Handball with and without ball fake, screening and Castle shoot
12) Handball exercises of fast break, fast break outs.
13) Featured bounce handball, securing the opponent, making transfer, cross-back retreat and defense exercises.
14) Handball 5:5 and 6:6 attack defense (match form), 5:1 and 3:2:1 defense studies and exercises digits.
15) Handball exercises fast break, fast break outs, work to pass the free throw shoot-out tactics and 7m, 5:5 - 6:6 match.
16) Final examination
