Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Explain the reasons for the concept of life-long sport.
2) Solve the birth concept of lifelong sport
3) Distinguish the scientific basis of sporst and exercise at any age.
4) Explain the effects of regular life-long sports on human health, begin to learn the factors to consider on human health at the application of regular ,life-long sports
5) Solve the causes of aerobic exercise on life-long sports
6) Emphasize the sport to deal with stress is an important tool in understanding the importance of weight control and eating a balanced diet explains the life-long sport.
7) Solve the basic characteristics of women and exercise. Explain the value of lifelong sport for women. Pregnancy and diversifies the basic features of exercise. Exercise improves recovery after birth.
8) Explain the value of lifelong sport for seniors. The elderly and the basic features of exercise, age and activity statements prepared in accordance evaluates performance.

This course provides knowledge on definition about sport for everyone, the important of it, concepts about physical stability and sports for all, studies about, developing and protections of the sports for all, the application and planning of these studies.

2) Basic principles of exercise
3) The effects of regularly life-long exercise on human health
4) Evaluation of health and simple prescripton suggestions
5) Various activity application for applied fitness for life
6) Choosing of the sports-wear in exercises
7) Mental problems, stress and sports
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Weight control and balanced diet
10) Prepared activity tables per age and performance
11) Exercise program in teen-age
12) Exercise in elderly people
13) Exercise for pregnancy and post-pregnancy
14) Exercises to be done in some special health problems
