3) Learns the basic concepts such as Loading Principles, Loading Criteria, Training Features etc.
4) Explain the theory and methodology of speed and force
5) Explain theory and methodology of endurance, and flexibility (mobility)
6) Learns Condition Training Programming in Team and Individual Sports.
7) Learn the theory and practice of Speed and Coordination Training
8) Learn about the test methods to be used in determining the basic Motoric Properties.
