Course Contents

Students are provided with the knowledge of the relation between nutrition and sports deeply while being able to plan various nutrition plans for different competetions and sports branches.

Weekly Schedule

1) Sport and nutrition, nutritional definition and acsess of the nutritional knowledge.
2) Nutritional elements to definition; nutritional digestion; metabolism of carbohydrate, oil and proteins.
3) Nutritional elements; effect of the performance; Carbohydrates, oils and proteins
4) Vitamins, minerals and water; effect on the performance
5) Water and need to liquid, importante of the liquid consumption
6) Energy; systems of the energy (aerobic and anaeribic systems) Energy calculation methods Energy requirements of players
7) Malnutrition; anorexia nervosa - blumia nervosa and typical nutritional habits.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Sports nutrition in match period; Before the matches; time of the meal content of the meal during the trip (nutrition) diarrea and constipation
