Course Contents

Psychology, definitions and basic concepts of stress and stress-coping in business and in schools, sources of stress, group dynamics, personality development and self-confidence in the recreational activities, places, time management, individual recognition techniques, diseases and health issues, mental health measures, mental illness and prevention will be held in recreation and leisure studies, communication skills, according to age and the right approach towards negotiations
