Course Contents

Definition of Statistics: Fundamental concepts in statistics, Data collection techniques, Classification of data, Frequency distributions; Graphs; Averages; Means; Variability: Range, Standard deviation, Moments; Normal Distribution: Normal distribution function, Calculation of the area under the normal curve; Sampling Theory; Indexes: Types of indexes.

Weekly Schedule

1) Statistical description, where they are used, the general concepts
2) Measures of central tendency to learn. Learn to be able to process them.
3) Learn to apply measures of central tendency in SPSS.
4) Distribution of the definition of the dimensions of what is used for, learn how to calculate.
5) Distribution learns the implementation of measures in SPSS.
6) The definition of the normal distribution, operations, where used to learn.
7) Learns the application of the normal distribution in SPSS.

10) Application of parametric tests in SPSS
