Course Contents

This course provides knowledge on; Football Today: Football as Means of Education, Game Rules; Warm-up; Stretching Playing with Ball; inside, Outside, and Outstep Kicking; Controlling the Ball: on foot, Head and chest; Dribbling; Simple Shots; Crossing; Mathews; Beckenbauer: Direct and Indirect Free Kicks, Penalty Kicks, Corner, Throw-in, Goal kick; Goalkeeper.

Weekly Schedule

1) Presentation of the sport football (history, rules, tools and materials).
2) Football dribbling technique.
3) Foot now batting technique.
4) The internal top batting technique.
5) Outer top stroke technique.
6) Top shot technique.
7) Head kick technique.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Top with inside and outside of the foot control technique.
10) Foot ball control with the above technique.
11) The soles are made with control technique
12) Knee, chest and head with ball control technique.
13) Simple Campion techniques.
14) Dribbles, kick, and use the simple feint techniques combined exercises.
15) Dribbles, kick, and use the simple feint techniques combined exercises
16) Final examination
