Course Contents

This course provides knowledge on: History of Badminton; Equipment of Badminton: Net and Field, Badminton Poles, Racquet, Ball, Clothes, Shoes and Supporting Equipment; Techniques of Throws and Runs in Badminton: Holding Racquet, Basic Standing Position; Types of Throws; Throw Zones: Overhead service, Short-distance service, Swip service, Overbox hitting, Forehand Overhand throw, Forehand Underhand Throw, Backhand Underhand Throw, Drive, Running Techniques; Throwing Methods.

3) Service rules. The service areas, fouls in service fire, forehand techniques
4) Fouls in the game, backhand techniques
5) Categories - Information on set point, forehand slam dunk technique
6) Lets - cases in which the ball is out of the game, backhand slam dunk technique
7) Information about exceptions Overhead drop technique
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Information about the referee Forehand drop technique six hands Backhand hands of six-drop techniques.
10) Service types and the flight path of the ball
11) Types of strokes that follow the ball's flight path and information
12) Racket grip, high-service and explanation of the clear technique, forehand and backhand stroke techniques
