Course Contents

This course included; The organization of the tissue culture laboratory, the nutrient components used in tissue culture, preparation of nutrient media components techniques in the tissue culture laboratory, tissue culture sterilization techniques, nutrient medium preparation techniques, embryo, meristem, callus, cell and protoplast culture techniques applied in plants, haploid plant acquisition techniques, herbal It includes topics such as rapid and multiple production of materials, somaclonal variation, somatic hybridization, secondary metabolite production.
