Course Contents

Microorganism and microbiology, basic and applied knowledge of microbiology, nutrition and metabolism, microbial growth and control, basic principles of cell structure and functions, biodiversity and classification, diseases in animals and plants, roles of microorganisms in food and agriculture, and industrial and biotechnological processes using microorganisms.
