Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Use adjectives according to genders, count from 30 to 100, tell names of basic fruits and vegetables, build up simple sentences by using the verbs "give" and "like" with the names of fruits and vegetables
2) Ask the prices
3) Conjugate with the verbs belonging to the first and second group in Simple Present Tense, make up sentences by using question words (who, where, when) with the verbs "think" and "know"
4) Use the ablative and accusative cases, create dialogs and long sentences with the conjuctions "and, or, but"
5) Talk about hobbies, understand basic expressions in daily life like "stop, station, hospital"
6) Tell colors, seasons, months and the days of the week, answer the question "what is the day today?"
7) Write simple sentences about themselves, understand the speaker when spoken slowly, express themselves with simple sentences

Course Contents

Adjectives, numbers, names of the fruit and vegetables, verbs such as “give” and “like”, “think”, “know”, asking prices, Simple Present Tense, ablative and accusative cases, conjunctions such as but, and , so,or, etc. hobbies, colours, days of the week, seasons, verbs belonging to the first and second group.
