1) Be able to define the concept of crisis, distinguish its types and explain it in case of a possible crisis,
2) Be able to assimilate the crisis process stages and management stages well,
3) What should a crisis manager and leader be and how should they act?
4) Be able to learn what a crisis management team should be, how it should act, and which knowledge and skills they can have in these processes.
