1) To know airplane, hotel and car reservations are done at Internet
2) To reach and use airplane transport codes of country, city and town
3) To know minimum transfer times in airports
4) To estimate airway transfer points between two faraway cities
5) To know needs of passengers in their travel country
6) To reach flight details by choosing course, date, time, class, airway at the Internet
7) To see flight tariffs at the Internet
8) To be able to do changes on flight and tariff image
9) To be able to do entrance of mandatory information for airway reservation at the Internet
10) To be able to do reservation and to be able to show them at the Internet
11) To be able to send changes about reservations to airway for information
12) To know customer private demand codes and to be able to attach them to reservation
13) To be able to cancel reservation and reservation leave procedures at the Internet

3) Using Infırmation and help pages in example program (AMADEUS) and TIMATIC information
4) Entrance and views of AVAILABILITY NEUTRAL Negotiation codes Availability Information
5) Flight information, changes on AVAILABILITY view
6) Views of Dual AVAILABILITY and Direct access, transitions from AVAILABILITY neutral view to Direct access view
7) Views of Schedule Neutral and tariffs and their changes
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Reservation (PNR)- entrance of names, sales, address, ticketing information; name of the individual whom transactions are done and saving reservation
10) Explaining PNR view and entrance of PNR view
11) Searching PNR, Optional entrances, Open flight, Surface information, sending information and ticket number to airway
12) Private demand, private demand codes, note entrance, private note entrance, Detailed reservation prints
13) Passive Segment, changes on PNR, send and copy PNR
14) Entrance of cards, seat reservation, holding reservation, displaying history of reservation
