Manufacturing Methods of Forging. Explaining the Functions of Milling Machines. Manufacturing Methods of Foundry. Forming of Plastic. Sheet Metal Works. Forming of Materials by Rolling. Gas Welding and Oxygen Cutting. Shielded Metal-Arc Welding. Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG). MIG/MAG Welding. Flux Cored arc Welding, Submerged Arc Welding. (SAW). Introduction to The Functions of Frame Milling and Practice. Explaining the Functions of Milling Machines Such As Bohrweek, Copy, NC and CNC.

Weekly Schedule

1) Making withdrawals in the caterpillar at the universal lathe.
2) Lathe work on a piece of the universal collective of several operations to be performed.
3) Plane grinding of the grinding process to be adjusted.
4) Various planes in the plane grinding process of grinding to do.
5) Adjustable Measuring and Control Instruments Process of Knowledge and Skills.
6) Welding machines components.
7) Basic principles of electric arc welding with covered electrodes.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment

10) Sources of errors and their causes and solutions.
