Course Contents

Concept of communication, why do we communicate, main characters of communication , results of corruptions and disorganisations, advantages of developing skills in communication, main communications skills, interactive and empathy, body language, lists of better personal communication, every disagreement doesn’t means communication problem.

Weekly Schedule

1) What is communication? General discussion and definition.
2) Why we communicate? Exist, to communicate.
3) To share, to influence and direct. To have fun and be happy.
4) And the nature of the basic elements of communication: source, recipient, message, channel, vehicle code.
5) Basic communication scheme. Communication process. Feedback.
6) One-way communication. Two-way communication.
7) Failures in communication disorders and their potential harm to the organization.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Communicate the benefits it will provide skills development.
10) Basic communication skills. Speaking skills. Some rules can be improved by paying attention to speaking skills.
11) As active listening and empathy.
12) Writing. Reading. Greetings.
13) Body language. Gestures and facial expressions.
14) Hiding the true feelings. False signals.
15) Those people need to build better relationships.
16) Final examination
