This course provides students with the knowledge of e-commerce concept, historical development process and tools, the Internet and globalization, the parties to the E-commerce (B2B, B2C, C2B, C2C, C2P, C2G, G2G, P2P), the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce, comparison between e- commerce and traditional commerce, the structure and future of E-commerce and the future of the structure,the distribution of preferred products and services in electronic commerce, the main areas of e-commerce, E-commerce statistics in the world and in Turkey, electronic commerce or online payment methods, traditional methods (phone, fax and letter), credit card payments, debit card payments, virtual banks, EDI, EFT and other methods, the effects of e- commerce on economic life, technical and security problems of e- commerce, the services internet provides, webpage design and virtual markets,e-commerce applications, internet banking and e- bank applications, e-government and projects formed on the internet, the safety of internet marketing, Security breaches, security elements, SSL, SET, 3DSET, e- promotion and online advertising,e transformation and SWOT analysis, e-business models, electronic(virtual) market places, portals, the benefits of e-business and e-commerce, who is it suitable for ?, dictionary for internet terms Internet banking and e-banking applications, Internet marketing security. ,Glossary of Internet terms.
