Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledge of Staffing (personnel requirements planning, personnel supply sources and methods, personnel selection and placement processes and psychotechnics tests), individual performance appraisal techniques (goal and competency-based), employee development studies (education and career management), personnel records and personal rights management job evaluation and wage administration, employee referral works (motivation, time and stress management, change and conflict management, corporate culture, leadership, etc.), industrial relations and personnel protection studies (occupational health and safety).
