This course includes the subject and history of labor law, basic concepts of labor law, labor, apprentice, trainee, employers agent, subcontractor, business-office, business, individual labor law, service contract, types of service contract, labor contract signing, labor contract loans, termination of labor contract, organization of labor, work hours, vacation with wage, annual paid vacation, paid vacation, social security, Turkish social security system, social insurances, types of social insurances, work accident insurances, industrial disease insurances, health insurances, maternity insurances, disability insurances, elderly insurances, death insurances, unemployment Insurance.
