1) Define the content, organisational structure, executive and advisory units of Human Resources Management.
2) Explain reasons, purposes, functions and working principles of Human Resources Management.
3) Analyze the position and the relationships of Human Resources Management in the whole organisation.
4) Analyze human resources planning and human resources selection.
5) Evaluate performance management, training, career planning, health and safety, payment and labor relations applications with respect to definitive criterion.
6) Associate the relationship between the requirements of the information age and human resource profile.
