Course Contents

The Republic of turkey and the basic laws (Constitution, the Turkish Criminal code, the Press Law, etc.), with the persons or institutions, any mass media activity during the rights of loss of or damage to the live results and related sanctions described.

Weekly Schedule

1) Communication under the regime of fundamental rights and freedoms, communication subjects, the rights and freedoms in the Constitution and the control and surveillance powers in the field of communication
2) The basic principles of state control and surveillance powers and the institutions in this area, and supervisory powers of non-governmental organizations and their activity
