Course Contents

Today’s troubleshooting methods, total output maintenance and trust supported maintenance concepts, the explanation and importance of proactive maintenance and conjecture maintenance and applications, periodic maintenance, using of device and tools in troubleshooting, neutralization and insulating of electrical hardware, safety rules in electrical foundation, diagrams for troubleshooting methods, overload in electrical circuit and failure in short circuit and troubleshooting.

Weekly Schedule

1) The principles of today's maintenance and fault finding
2) Efficient maintenance and reliability aided maintenance concepts
3) Implemented and how they explain the importance of proactive maintenance and predictive maintenance
4) Periodic maintenance will be the correct explanation of where the implementation
5) Fault warning sensors, vibration analysis, and use of special methods
6) Fault finding using appropriate tools and equipment
7) The energy of the studied plant or machine cutting, energy, and maneuvering operations
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Electrical equipment, grounding and isolation
10) Regulation of safety in electrical installations
11) Fault finding and troubleshooting flow diagrams in used
12) Diode, transistor, capacitor and so on. stability control of the elements
13) Parts of rotating electrical machines modified procedures
14) Network overload and short circuit caused by electrical faults and their remedies
15) Maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and facilities necessary measuring and before testing service again
16) Final examination
