Introduction to Industrial Control Systems and Used Different Technologies. The Features Of PLC Devices and their Superior Benefit. Basic Structure Of PLC Devices, Operation Principle and Typical Application Areas. Introducing PLC Devices (Simatic S7-200/ CPU 212 and Telemecanique) their Peripheries. Operation Systems and Programming Techniques For Plcs. Writing Logic Function For Relay Control Circuits. Basic Instructions Used In PLC Programming. Programming with Statement List (STL) and Ladder Diagram (LD) Method and Examples. Introducing A Package Program (Microwin32- Step7) Based On Windows For Used PLC Device and Explanation Of Instructions and Messages. Installing Some Simple Written Program to PLC and Running Them. Preparing Some Small Project to Solve The Some Defined Problems such as Stepper Motor, DC Motor, AC Motor Drives and Control Of Traffic Lights.

6) programming with ladder diagram, converting relay circuits to ladder diagram
7) introducing user software programe (Microwin32- step7 ) and instructions and messages writing programme and running on PLC
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) special instructions and their usage; comperassion and set, rest instractions
10) timers and counters, examples in usage
11) Programmimg condintional operation of the motors
12) application of stepper motor drive and traffic lights
13) Implementation of statring, breaking reversing the direction of the rotation
