1) It defines the scope of human resource management, organizational structure, executive and advisory bodies.
2) Explains the rationale, aims, functions and working principles of human resources management.
3) Analyze the position and relations of human resources management within the organization.
4) Analyzes the processes of human resources planning and personnel selection.
5) Evaluates performance appraisal, education, career planning, health and safety, remuneration and labor relations practices based on certain criteria.
