Air conditioning systems of vehicles, air diverting and control systems, requirements, types and applications, major components, refrigeration system accessories, automatic and electrical controls, special systems, installation and piping.

Weekly Schedule

1) Course content and information about resource books. Vehicle air conditioning system components
2) Explanation of the purpose and classification of vehicle air conditioning systems
3) Vehicle air conditioning systems in terms of comfort, temperature, humidity, air velocity and cleanliness
4) The main elements of the cooling circuit of vehicle air conditioning systems, structures and working principles
5) Vehicle air conditioning systems used in the compressor, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve and their explanation of the varieties
6) Vehicle auxiliary elements used in air conditioning systems
7) Refrigerant used in vehicle air conditioning systems and air distribution control circuit working principles
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Pressure and temperature control elements and working principles
10) Fan control elements and the working principles , the vacuum control circuit components and operating principles
11) The different air distribution systems and their differences from others
12) Air distributing and gathering elements in air distribution systems
13) Air distribution systems and related control systems and operating principles
14) Vehicle air conditioning systems, service operations necessary cooling service processes
15) Air distribution systems, the necessary service procedures
16) Final examination
