2) Explains the rationale, aims, functions and working principles of human resources management.
3) Analyze the position and relations of human resources management within the organization.
4) Analyzes the processes of human resources planning and personnel selection.
5) Evaluates performance appraisal, education, career planning, health and safety, remuneration and labor relations practices based on certain criteria.

Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledge of the concepts of the business administration and management, the explanation of the businesses according to economic functions, size and capital features, the businesses whether national or international, the businesses according to their legal order, the foundation stages of the business, the differences between manager and entrepreneur, the relations of the business with the environment within the economic structure ,the aims of the organizations, the gain aims of the organization, social responsibility aims, direct and indrect social responsibility, improving aims, the capacity of the businesses and the capacity concept.
