1) Explains the psychosocial risks and learns the problems they cause.
2) Interpret the needs of individuals with special needs and related regulations.
3) Knows the manager-employee relationship, problems, expectations from each other, teamwork, mobbing concepts
4) Explain the business lines with high psychosocial risks.
5) Learn to manage stress and stress.
6) Knows work-life balance and ethical rules.
7) Learns the importance of empathetic communication culture in the working environment.

Psychosocial risk factors and occupations with high exposure, problems caused by psychosocial risks, special needs workers, manager and employee types, mobbing, stress and its management, work life balance, ethics in business, empathetic communication, Risk assessment
