1) Explaining the existence and development of Labour law in world and in our country
2) Lining up the subject, application area and basic principles of Labour law
3) Explaining the properties and species of Labour contract and how it is done
4) Explaining the debts existed from the contract of employer and employee
5) Explaining Labour contract’s concluding reasons, results and their legal basis
6) Explaining legal arrangements needed for the disagreements about applications like compulsory working hours, working overtime, working at night, break, salaried vacation, weekly holiday, national fest, general holiday
7) Explaning describe the legal arrangements about the groups protected specially in their work life
8) Explaining employer’s legal and criminal responsibilities as far as Worker Health and Work Security is concerned

Course Contents

This course includes existence and development of Labour Law in the world and in Turkey, subject, application area and basic principles of Labour Law, properties and species of Labour contract and how it is done, debts existed from the contract of employer and employee, Labour contract’s concluding reasons, results and their legal basis, legal arrangements needed for the disagreements about applications like compulsory working hours, working overtime, working at night, break, salaried vacation, weekly holiday, national fest, general holiday, the legal arrangements about the groups protected specially in their work life, employer’s legal and criminal responsibilities as far as Worker Health and Work Security is concerned, historical development and general frame of union law, basic concepts and arrangements of collective agreement strike and lock-out law.
