1) Define the general and basic concepts of medical records.
2) Explain the importance of medical records and the possible usage requirements.
3) Describe the information and documents required to be in a patient file.
4) Describe the professional responsibilities and duties about medical documentation.
5) Explain the arrangements and the rules about the confidentiality, protection, and the use of patient files.
6) Recognise the system/model of patient file archiving.
7) Classify services of medical record staff.
8) Evaluate the appropriateness of the file sorting system applied in the unit / institution.
