Course Contents

In this course, students are acknowledged on children with special needs and special education, basic principles of special education, reasons of disabilities, the importance of early diagnosis and treatment, the characteristic and education of the children with intellectual disability, physical disability, speech and language disorder, learning disabilities, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, autistic disorder, emotional and behavioral disorders, vision disability, hearing disability and severely handicapped, learning and teaching strategies, teaching methods and techniques and their relationship between practice, teaching materials and tools and working with families.
