Course Contents

This course includes the definition of marketing, importance of marketing for firms and society, relationship of marketing with other disciplines, marketing functions, intrafirm and outside firm factors in marketing decisions, model building types, decision making criterions, decision making techniques, marketing planning objective, steps in marketing planning process, determining business and marketing objectives, marketing mix programming, distribution program, promotion program, characteristic of marketing audit, organization structures in marketing.
